JANSPORT RETURN POLICY
JanSport stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you’re happy with your gear. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 60 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used.
Final Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Once your return is received and processed, your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment for the product price plus any applicable taxes. (Please note that refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase, not to a different credit card.)
What If I Don’t Have My Order Number?
If you don’t have your order number, please contact Customer Service so we can help you to get the order number. Please contact them via email at jansportsa@shirnat.com or call us at 031-3012464.
When Will I Get Credit for My Return?
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Received returns are generally processed within three business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority.
Please note that JanSport is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
